The selection of new old stock bikes is plentiful, leaving me several desirable choices before finding my 2023 fuel EXE 9.8, bought 1/26 and still came with a new warranty for half the price. Unbeatable. Assembly was a breeze after the bike arrived promptly. Only wish I had found the site sooner!

Order to store was very convenient - the online tracking was accurate and it was easy to get my package from my store once I received the notification on email.

Easy to shop on-line and the pedals I purchased were shipped to a nearby Trek store at no charge and arrived in just a couple of days. Pickup was easy and the shop installed the pedals for me right away at no charge.

We visited the trek store in Sacramento mid town just before closing to ask a few questions. We apologized for coming in right before closing but the gentleman addressed our questions and suggested that my daughter test drive a bike. We felt bad it was near closing time, but he insisted and didn’t rush the process and told us about the trade in program for kids bikes. And even though we didn’t purchase a bike that night he was very kind and didn’t seem annoyed that we came in towards closing. Ultimately we bought a preowned bike on the Trek website, but that man’s customer service was outstanding. We even called the store when my husband couldn’t put the left pedal on after receiving the bike in the mail and they advised him it was a reverse thread

It was easy to get the bike tire that I needed. It was shipped to the store and easy to pick up.
