The convenience of finding the parts I needed and the ordering/shipping/delivery process. Both parts were on clearance so a very nice price. It was odd though that when I put the items in my cart and proceeded with checking out, the system asked if I'd like to have them shipped to my local store for free or directly from Trek. When I selected local store the system recalculated the prices for each and applied the retail price instead of the website's clearance price. So instead of $60 the total was over $100. Obviously, I shipped directly from Trek...for free.

I received the item I order A LOT FASTER than I was expecting. The estimated delivery date on website was very long to today's standards (weeks) but to my delight, item shipped/arrived MUCH sooner. I got what I wanted w/o driving/hassle. The usual benefit of online shopping. Prices were not discounted. Oh well :)

We have ridden Trek bikes exclusively for the last 13 years, partly because of the selection, quality and comfort of the bikes. But mostly it’s because of
the stellar service you get at every Trek store you visit, wherever you may be. Of course Josh and the Grand Junction Team are our favorites, they take amazing care of us. Josh even helped us to meet John Burke, Trek CEO, and we got to tour the headquarters in Waterloo, WI. After seeing the custom design and hand painting of their Project One bikes, we are even more impressed with ours!

I like the quality of trek!

Great to find a clearance product in stock to order through the website. I could see it at my local bike store ( via the Trek website ) but it was still full price for local pickup so I ordered the product shipped directly from Trek. Easy choice as the regular price was 6-7 times the regular price.

Not a Trek problem but UPS delivered the product to a neighbor who kindly brought it to me. UPS never scanned the package on delivery so they don’t think they’ve delivered it yet.
