Easy peasy to order the exact bike I wanted rather than be forced to buy a LBS stock bike. If they had my bike in stock I would have got it there but most bike stores have limited stock. My 1st Trek. Hope I love it as much as my Cannondale.

The experience was great. Shipping was fast and the item arrived in great shape. I used a reward from the Trek Ride Club app, which was very appreciated. I feel like that App has made me a loyal Trek Fan. So far I have three trek bikes in my garage. It would be great if new challenges could be added to the app for calendar year 2026 as I'm excited to participate again this year.
We love the comfort of the seats and sitting more upright. Also, being seniors we like have less pressure on our knees with the pedal assist. It has allowed us to got further distances as we live in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains therefore have lots of hills on our rides. This bike will help keep us active for many more years to come!
