Let’s start with a simple statement:
In another life I would likely have been a bike (mountain/gravel and road) crash test dummy. I manage to run into things even if they’re not moving, I’ve gone up, down, sideways, and backwards on on occasions on the bikes while navigating terrain across several countries WITH my Trek bikes (and a few others that the crew look after)
Now, why this? Because as of this moment I have two bikes being repaired/replaced (one new frame FROM Trek without any questions, and one Rail that needs a bigger band-aid…. The crew in Ballwin are also rebuilding a Madone 5500 from a LONG time ago AND it’s all being run wonderfully…
The store, the people, the team, and just the overall experience IS bloody fantastic. HOWEVER, and it’s not a bad thing…. It’s a bike, couple of them are hybrid (have motor, must pedal) AND one had gremlins…. Can’t find the cause, have worked with swapping most things out, and we’re still playing Dr. BUT the team’s been patient AND understanding so it’s all I can ask for.
So yea, There you have it…. It’s ALWAYS about the people (and obvioulsy good paint schemes on the bikes… ;-)
