FreeWheel Bike in Minnetonka MN is an awesome Trek Dealer! Matt, Will, and a few others provide excellent support for Trek products. Cody manages multiple stores and has been extremely helpful over the past 9 years I have purchased bikes, products, and repairs from them. Excellent service and support Trek should feel great about having them as a distributor of their products.

Lastly, I have been very happy with the warranty and how Trek stands behind their product. I recently had a warranty frame replacement and Trek along with FreeWheel was great to work with.

My very first real mountain bike was a Trek 950 and now I am back on a Trek Roscoe and honestly it is one of my favorite bikes I’ve ever had.
I think a lot of that has to do with the fit, as they made a medium and an extra medium which allows for a true medium which is what I needed, as opposed to one size having to fit more of a rider range.
I also appreciate the lifetime warranty, extensive dealer network, and the fact it is still an independently American owned company, no conglomerates. And the paint job is dope!!

What a great experience. Purchased my bike online and it was delivered the next day. The instructions to put it together were extremely simple. The bike arrived crystal clean and as advertised. My last mountain bike was a Trek but it was purchased about 30 years ago. Needless to say, I received a MAJOR upgrade :-)

Easy to find what I wanted at reduced price!

Quick, personable and reasonable. I own an e-bike from another company as well. Although their customer service is fine, Trek makes both a better product and goes the extra mile in making customer feel valued. I ordered a seat post for my Townie Go that allowed some "cushion" in the ride. When they sent it, it was the wrong size for my bike. When I spoke to them about it, they recognized it was their error, sent me the correct one, told me to keep the other one and reversed the charge for the original order. In other words, they were sorry they sent the wrong, sent the correct one and ended up not charging me anything at all because they regretted the hassle.

The build and the fit

I have a 2011 HiFi DLX.. a 2013 Rumblefish Elite.. and a 8.5 DX with over 10k mi on.. live by the GAP. My babies keep them all mint.. and I love them.. Best bikes ever made !!!

The access it offers to the products that help me enjoy the Ride better. Whether it’s a new e-pump or a specific bottom bracket for my 2020 Emonda, I can usually find what I need on the site.

After doing my own research as to what I was looking for in my next bike, I looked at several online outlets, and through my search I discovered Trek closeouts of a select remaining inventory and through this connection I was able to purchase the Emonda’ road bike I had hoped to attain.

The Estero store and staff are remarkable. Attentive, EXTREMLY knowledgeable and genuinely care about your needs. The atmosphere is casual but professional. I have never met a service staff so willing to engage with a quick-fix if it could be handled quickly. I also appreciated the communication of status on parts and status on the completed repairs.

I'll sum it up this way. I bought one Domane from the Naples store and bought my last three from the Estero store. (read between the lines). The same is true for a "one and done service" at Naples.

Every time I go into this store regardless, I am amazed at the level of customer service.
