I love everything about trek bikes. Everyone one in my family of 4 has one. Each bike is different to cater to our specific needs. My trek bikes makes me feel confident and free whenever I'm riding.
The quick response as well as the AWESOME experience with the store staff! The guy who helped me, was just filling-in at that particular store, and he took the time to advise me on ways to install the replacement light. He even offered to have me bring the bike in, if I got stuck during the installation. GREAT experience! So glad I’m an Electra owner!

The quality fresh "out the box" is amazing, everything is to a tight tee. The older stuff was a little aggrivating with the proprietary parts, but the newer bikes have become a lot more main stream with great serviceability!

While shopping for a bike we stopped at a couple different shops. Both were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The bikes are obviously quality, but the shops are what make it worth it.

The website needs help; it took us two weeks to order the bike I wanted and we had to sit on the phone with customer service for a while because our payment method wasn't working, BUT, every single human we talked to was kind, empathetic, and helpful!

I love the LBS where I bought it (bought my last Trek there too), they do a great job. The bike (an FX4) works beautifully. I did have them change out the chain ring for a slightly smaller sprocket when I bought it, I'm not a fast rider and do a lot of hills, that's worked out well.
