Shipping and delivery has been prompt. Return policy is straightforward, generous, and easy. Product quality is outstanding, especially bikes (I’ve owned several since the early 1980s). Web site is user friendly and product descriptions are detailed and helpful.
I can’t say enough good things about the Trek store in Warwick, and a huge part of that is the manager, Phoebe. She is absolutely phenomenal and has an incredible knack for the retail side of things—she just knows exactly how to warm up the atmosphere and make you feel welcome the second you walk in.
Beyond the amazing customer service, Trek is incredibly convenient since they have locations all over the state. Their turnaround time is always quick and accurate, so I’m never left waiting around to get my bike back. I trust Phoebe and her crew so much that I regularly send customers from my own Warwick business straight over to them. If you need anything bike-related, this is the place to go!
The bike (when running) is terrific as well as the local service shop.
The sizing was good on both the gloves and the long sleeve thermal jersey. The jersey is great on those days in the 50's.

It's a really good bike. It doesn't come with accessories like a kickstand, but it's a good product and worth it! I wanted a full-suspension model, but those are very expensive, so I bought this one that suits my needs. I've only ridden it on the streets so far. I'd love to go on a long ride!

First of all I like the convenience of being able to browse and purchase a new Trek bike online, or in my case used through Red Barn, making it an incredible value. I also like that the level of customer service that is outstanding, going above and beyond what I expected and what I've have received from many other online sites when making purchases. I like the transparency and clear communication I received, explaining how the online system operates when making a purchase and even though I had some issues in the beginning they were resolved with this high level of customer service while giving me a clear understanding of the situation and resolving the issue I was going through.

The bike arrived exactly as described. In all the bikes I have had shipped to my house, this was by far the best packaged of them all. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, from the carboard wraps to the velcro padding - the bike was well protected. The little items, such as torque wrenches, pedal wrench, and suspension pump were nice, and unexpected add ons. In addition, I did not expect the tubeless valves and sealant to be included - but they were! Thanks to the people at Trek for making this experience easy and complete!
