Atlanta Cycling in Vinings is a great bike shop. Matt/manager, Ramon/sales, Kevin/mechanic are very knowledgeable. They all give great advise and share great riding stories.

Performance varies, it mostly depends on web browser. Edge works better than chrome. Additionally, the confusing part is available to ship vs in store only. Prices vary dramatically. It would be great if Trek dealers could match Trek factory pricing. I have to guess at which stores are actually owned by Trek and which ones just carry the Trek name. And when it comes to bikes, it would be great to see one landing page with all available sizes and colors instead of a landing page for every size and color.

Purchasing a bike from Trek Red Barn was as easy as it could be and a great experience end-to-end. The site had plenty of photos of the actual bike so I could access any of the blemishes called out on the listing, which were all extremely minor but the listing is very thorough. The bike shipped next day and arrived quickly. The box, packaging, instructions and tooling were top notch. I do basic maintenance on my bikes and felt confident throughout the setup, it was very straightforward. The 30 day guarantee is a great showing of Trek's focus on customer service and shouldn't make you hesitate buying a bike sight unseen from the Trek website.

I recently bought a Townie Go ebike at a local bike shop. I've only ridden it a few times but I am loving it already. Very easy to learn hiw to ride it. Beautiful design and all the features I was looking for. I also ordered a small bag online from Trek for the front handlebars. It was exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly after I placed my order.
