I visited my local Trek store for new shoes. The store only had one pair in my size but they were not the shoes I needed (SPD soles). The employees were very helpful in fitting me and I was able to order online to get the shoes I needed. I have used their service department numerous times for tuneups and general maintenance and am very pleased.
