The Brevard mountain bike trail tires, I purchased from your website, in size 29x2.5 did not fit onto my stock 2024 Roscoe 8 rims (with inner tube). They were too tight for me to fit onto the rims, at home, then, the Trek Dealer where I purchased the Trek Roscoe 8, last June(Corning Bike Works), could not get them to go onto my Roscoe rims either (Friday). They say they are currently working with your warranty dept. Unfortunately, I'm unable to ride my Roscoe for 2 weeks now, all because I tried to change the worn stock tires, with your new Brevard tires, that I paid $175 for. Not pointing fingers here, I just hope that Trek can help Corning Bike Works find the remedy to this issue. I ordered up a Crimson Red, size L, Slash 9, that has recently arrived at the shop, but am now worried. Can new tires be installed on the new Slash 9 easily, when they eventually need it? I am currently using inner tubes, on the advice of the bike shop. Should I be going tubeless, in order to get the tires on? The Corning Bike Works shop, says they do not install tubeless on the new bike wheels, for various reasons. Well, hope you can help. Any chance I can buy a set of new 29 inch Roscoe wheels with the regular 2.6 inch Team Issue SE 4 tires, mounted on them already? I will pay you. By the way, I love my Mulsane Blue size L Roscoe. Had what I wanted at a competitive price

Once I was able to decide on the bike that I wanted, the experience was seamless. It was shipped promptly and immediately after arrival it was available for pickup. I arranged a ride to the bike shop and rode it home.

A suggestion, I took a couple of items off of my old bike and experienced a real difficulty finding the appropriate fastener. It would have been nice if each empty hole had a fastener. Also it would be nice if every bike came with a paint pencil to use on the enevitable scratches.

Great bike, easy to order and assemble

My wife really likes the her new Townie. When we received it, the rear wheel had a bad bearing in it which caused a grinding noise. We took the bicycle back in to our dealer and they replaced it. Now everything is good. Too bad we had to drive back an hour to return the bike for the repair. But the bicycle is great.

My wife and I are retired and we were looking for pedal assist e-bikes. My research, based on quality, lead me to either Trek or specialized. I chose Trek because I liked to be able to remove the battery. When I found the bike I wanted only a medium frame bike was in stock. I probably should have gotten the large frame because I had to add a handlebar extension and slide the seat all the way to the back to obtain a good fit with my riding position. I did order a seat post that was put on back order because it wasn’t in stock. After weeks of waiting I decided to cancel my order and purchase a 3rd party seat post. With this experience, I’m glad that I didn’t put the bike on back order although a large frame would have been a better fit because I would have been waiting a long time. My suggestion would be to be more proactive with making new bikes and components to minimize the wait time.

One of my bikes was scratched by the adjacent bike pedals on a bike carrier. I ordered touch up paint. This order went smoothly, no issues.
