I believe TREK is the most customer focused bike Mfg. in the industry and best support to the local bike dealers. It's not lost on me just how much Trek/Bontrager values the customer. This comes to light in technology, dependability and service after the sale from the local dealer(s). I have lived and traveled ALL over the country and see this play out in LBS after LBS everywhere and TREK does a great job guiding the dealers to success.

Trek bikes.com experience? I don’t know yet? So far, it’s tried to charge me for a shirt that was supposed to be a challenge prize. Lo said they refunded the $50 charge, but I have a feeling they probably also returned the shirt. I haven’t been back to the Lee’s Summit store to find out. I like my bikes and the service from the guys at Lee’s Summit has been top notch. I’m trying to see if they can expedite a service for my son’s bike when he visit from Wichita.

Variety and Experience

I appreciated there was a good return policy offered. However, I was very frustrated Apple Pay didn’t work. I tried several times on my phone and laptop before having to go grab my credit card and enter my credit card info.

Nic at Island Bicycles, Southport NC was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He listened to my concerns and problem solved, explained why I was having issues. I had no intention of buying an e-bike but did and am so pleased with my Cruiser Go!

Website was easy to navigate, with all information available about specs and sizing. Bike was shipped and put together fast, Macomb store has great service and employees are nice and helpful.

Only thing I would improve - When shopping online, and filtering by size, it includes all bikes (not just the ones in inventory)

Other than that, shipping is super fast, and shipping to our local Trek dealer is a game changer. Having the Carol Stream, IL Trek dealer is incredible. They can fix and tweak bikes, know how to work on everything, have all the parts, and even put my wife's bike together for free. I am loyal to Trek strictly due to the local shop.

My order was processed, shipped and delivered promptly. Only thing missing in your website is how to return an item. I have been trying to call Trek to ask about returning my product, but there is no that picks up the phone.
