The original bike that was sent had issues with the brakes and frame damage. Trek had to send a new bike as a replacement that took an additional week or so to arrive. Everything else seems fine with the bike.

We both recently bought Trek bikes and we are both very satisfied with our bikes. The buying experience was good for both, however when my husband purchased his bike from Trek, the Beaufort, SC location was not listed as an option so he had to go to Savannah. The dealer there was great, he just would have preferred to stay in SC.

The rack we ordered did not fit my new Electra Go 7D. We spoke to Mara in customer service and she sent us the part we needed. Once we had the rack on the bike, we decided we didn’t like the trunk bag we ordered. We couldn’t find the return label. We called again, and the gentleman that assisted us sent another return label and recommended a trunk bag.

Online ordering was super easy. I got clear emails updating me on status and when I went in store to pick it up the customer service was A+. The two guys working at the Napa store could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more helpful. They made sure that I got the right part and even helped install it on my bike. In a time where customer service is essentially nonexistent these days, it was such a breath of fresh air. I even went online to write a review on Google, which I never do, and was pleased although I guess not surprised to see what amazing reviews the store gets. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re definitely doing it right!
