The Trek Store in Little Rock Ar., has been wonderful! The Trek SLR7 Domane+ has been a savior for my cycling, after my hip surgery, times two on the same hip (due to dogs attacking me, and flipping over one), hills are a pleasure, I don't have to "paperboy" up them any longer. The battery extender has taken away the "battery life anxiety", and I can focus on the ride. I placed 40 mm Pirelli's and this really helps for comfort of the "chip and seal" roads here in Arkansas....REALLY nice on fresh asphalt roads too! The TQ E-Bike app is very easy to use and I have my settings at where I really like. A couple of minor "bad" things. (1.) Bar tape....so thin and so cheap...especially for an expensive bike (FB page of Trek Domane+ users ALL have this issue, I had to change mine) (2.)The TQ E-Bike app is NOT so easy,(I am sure I am missing something very simple) I have issues with it not letting me log in or it will not recognize me, I have to go to the store for the guys to log in, kinda frustrating. (3.) I wish there were an option when ordering the bike (there might have been, but the guys did not ask me when we ordered), I have the Praxis 50/34T....I need the larger chain ring...I find myself always in the big ring, even on climbs, even in eco-mode. So, later this fall, after the season, I will talk to the shop about sizing up. I have read horror stories about noise issues with the motor, some easy fixes, some not so easy, so far...I have been blessed and having a great time back out on the road!

James at the store location in Arlington was nice and helpful when I bought my first ever road bike.

We bought electra bikes years ago from REI and love them. The coaster brakes and easy riding. I went looking for something similar for our second home in New Orleans and couldn't find anything that was the same quality let alone coaster brakes. One kid in a bike shop didnt even know what I was talking about. Back to Trek and I found the pre owned bike section. Got exactly what I wanted. I know we love them and they will last for years!

I ordered 3 helmets for a Bike and Barge trip in Croatia. Couldn’t beat the cost for Trek helmets. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. There was a missing item in my order a Trek customer service immediately fixed the issue and sent me a new helmet. Since I was in a deadline for my trip they sent it ASAP.

Trekbikes.com was easy to work with when a package was damaged during shipping. Part of the contents were lost and Trek replace the part at no cost. Excellent customer service!

Reasonable price, fast delivery, great product.

Had no trouble assembling the bike with the tools provided. Got my cargo rack, frame pump, water bottle holder, and headlight and taillight transferred over and have had a great time on every ride I've done so far. Looking forward to a fully loaded, multi-day ride in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
