Well it took me a year to decide on the bike I purchased.
It was super easy ordering online and picking it from a local bike shop, built, toned and fit for my height.
The bike shop representative made sure to remind me to come back in a month for a tune up and on top of that that I had free services for a year! Amazing 🤩

Promptness. The fenders were not an exact fit (wrong length stays for rear fender and mounting hole above the bottom was misaligned) but I was able to make them work. I chose not to call for assistance because it was workable.

I bought a pre-owned Project One that was immactulate. The new bike experience with pre-owned and buying in a Trek store were of similar quality. Love it!

Smooth transaction

Ordering online was seamless. Pickup at Manayunk shop was very positive; both staff members attended to me in timely and friendly fashion, explaining very clearly warranties, etc., asking about peripherals (kickstands, etc.) without "pushing for a sale." Bike was a very good value.

Website is easy to navigate, item descriptions are detailed, images are clear. There were just enough emails to track the order’s progress.
