Top notch from start to finish, Kyle and Walt at Pedal Bicycle Co in Chesapeake, VA could not have provided better service, it was more than customer service, they truly cared about me and what I wanted above making a sale. The folks at Trek Bike in Waterloo could not have been friendlier and more professional. The team you sent out to the Sea Otter Classic (especially Ross) were not just representatives from Trek, they were people who care about other people and just wanted use to have a good time. Because of the philosophy of Trek, and the fact that all the Trek employees I met live that philosophy, is why I am now buying a second Project One, this one for my nephew. Keep it up Trek, you have found "What Right Looks Like"

I had a great experience with Tiffany from the CS line. I called CS due to getting shut down by Skip in the online question window. Skip gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in answering my question, then shut down the window.

Tiffany was fantastic to deal with, answered my questions, then made sure my order was entered into your system. The order arrived the following week.

Had "Skip" not shut me down, he would have learned I was in process of ordering a Bike, but before I hit enter, I had a couple of questions. Skip told me to log out, log back in, and then shut down the chat window, not waiting for my response.

I would not hire "Skip" to walk my dog, wash my car, or clean dog crap out of my yard...............

I initially researched for diagrams and parts for my Top Fuel 9.7 locating part numbers for the future. It made purchasing parts so easy and delivery so fast.

The team at the store is so knowledgable and friendly. I now stop in once a week just to say hello if I have a moment and have actually assisted in a couple of sales at this point (offering my input and praise as I now have essentially a fleet of Treks at home after less than two years riding experience).

I always rave about how great Holly Park is and how great the brand itself is.

I have become quite knowledgable about your line (and keep hoping you guys will announce the "mystery" suspension gravel bike (or will at least cram in some more tire clearance on the Checkmate SLR so I can get on board with the "cool guys" running MTB tires at gravel races). I will be amongst your first purchases of whichever is released first if this is done by the end of this year; I plan to "upgrade" from my checkpoint SLR6 due to the tire clearance trend noted above.

I have emailed John Burke personally several months ago describing my 130lb weight loss and new found passion for cycling, but mostly to praise the Holly Park team, and he actually wrote me back. Incredible.

I fell in love with an Electra Cruiser years ago because of ‘flat foot’ technology. Pedals pushed forward is ingenious for people with long legs.
After mine was stolen I upgraded to the 7 speed and it’s great. Have a little scratch on handlebars but thinking of procuring a bit of touch up paint and it’s perfect 😊
