In general, your site is fairly easy to navigate and the shopping experience, whether it’s purchasing directly or from a local retailer, is positive. Y’all also ship fast and price parts and accessories fairly most of the time. I gave you a 9/10 because sometimes the descriptions for a part or accessory don’t make it clear how they differ from other, similar, items, or they’re really vague—like someone in marketing just did a copy-and-paste number from one item to the next and changed a couple of words.

I've bought 2 bikes from Trek Pre Owned and they are both amazing. Shipping was shockingly fast from a long way away and the the packaging was so good that getting them out of the box took more time than assembly.

Excellent selection of parts. The Trek site had the exact handle bars I needed. Very easy to select a store near by to have my parts shipped there and not pay shipping fees.

I like that they actually had inventory, unlike other years.
