I have been a loyal customer of TrekBikes for years, and I always enjoy visiting their Southlake, TX store. The staff there are friendly, helpful, and have amazing hair. Seriously, how do they do it? Plus, they always have delicious treats like cookies, hot cocoa, and candy canes to make the shopping experience even sweeter.

But this year, I decided to try their online store instead, because I wanted to buy a sweatshirt that I had been eyeing for a long time. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The site was easy to navigate, the checkout process was smooth, and the delivery was fast. The sweatshirt was exactly what I wanted, and it fit me perfectly. It was cozy, comfortable, and stylish.

Of course, I missed the personal touch of the Southlake store, and the yummy snacks and drinks.
