When I need grips Trek had a nice set of Bontrager grips that look nice and arnt the cheap ones on amazon.

I love my new Trek Domane+ and all of the accessories I have purchased from the site. The bike is just perfect and makes me want to go out every day. Also, anytime I had concerns their support was willing to listen and resolve any issues. From the main support to my local shop, I have felt that they truly want to make the customer happy.

Having stock on the part item and providing an easy purchase was a plus. I somehow never received a message of delivery at the shop. Called the shop and the part had arrived. Pickup was easy.

The trekbikes website is awesome, very easy to use to find what you're looking for and it's has a lot of valuable information on all their products. It was easy to find the mountain bike tires I needed. The check out process was also an easy process to follow to purchase my mountain bike tires. Once ordered my mountain bike tires arrived in 2 days.

Andrew Hammond and the entire Sacramento Trek Store workers are amazing: Andrew helped us out at the store. Super knowledgeable and friendly, he really knew what we needed.

Quality bikes: Each bike we got is top-notch. Super comfy, durable, and just a joy to ride.

Just feels right: The whole experience, from walking into the store to competing during the weekends has been great.

Easy to navigate the purchasing experience. My items arrived in a timely manner. I’d have to say for clothing the large box was unnecessary.

Having worked in a bike shop for years, one of my least favorite requests was for "touch up paint." Usually it wasn't available, and if it was, the paint rarely was viable for use or worse, was a terrible product to use. No one was happy. I had this in mind when I ordered some touch up paint for a Trek 1120 I bought as a shop demo. The paint was easily identified on the TREK website by year, model, and color. It was shipped to my LBS for $13 in less than a week. I picked it up and not only was the paint stored well, it was in an easy to use container with an appropriate brush...and was a perfect match. Completely exceeded my highest expectations.

Since i started biking no other brand that i buy ,now im ebike riders one for me and for my wife.

Parts are plentiful and somewhat easy to get. Trek stores are very helpful. Trek road bikes are competitive among its attributes such as weight and handling.

I like how I was able to determine the width of the rim tape I need when going tubelss from the web site and also chat.
