#1 - speed of shipment, the company underpromised (indicated bike would arrive at the bike shop on "Wednesday or Thursday", but it arrived at the bike shop on Tuesday).

Easy purchase and return of one bike and the purchase of a second bike. The bike arrived in three days and was easy to assemble. I would definitely repeat the purchase process with Trek again.

I own a Trek bike so I was already a Trek fan. The Bontrager helmet I ordered by mail recently was not a good fit for my head shape, so I returned it with tags still on. The return experience was good and painless.
