first: the merch. I bought a pair of these shorts a few months ago, decided they worked for me so I ordered two more pairs. It helped that you had them marked down substantially.
second: customer service (I would rank this #1 of course, but not typically an issue when just clicking buttons online) - the package arrived with only one pair of shorts; I'd ordered (and been charged for) two. So i called. And thanks right here for having a human being to answer the phone. This guy listened to me, and put me on hold for a minute to do some research... then came back to say he was sending the second pair. It took a few days to show up, but they got here.

Good customer service and great products

The bikes. Quality, variety, relevance! Built to last.
Bontrager accessories and clothing are awesome but limited.
But the last time I ordered a part (rear derailleur hanger) it hasn’t shown up. Was supposed to ship to ‘the store’ but didn’t indicate which one. Says it was delivered to my home but haven’t seen it.
Have contacted both local shops and they have not replied as having seen it.
