I ordered two of the ARL5 Gravel bikes online and had them shipped to a local shop. The transaction was simple and choosing the local bike shop was also quite easy as the site provided all of the dealers in my area. I received a confirmation email indicating the order was being shipped and the next day received an email from the shop telling me they were going to receive the bikes and process them within a couple days.

I received a follow up email indicating the bikes were ready. I went to the shop and picked them up after a quick review of them. The whole process was quite nice.

The people who helped me at the store. They were super kind about my beginner status and helped me feel more confident. They spent a lot of time explaining bike features. I felt very empowered leaving the store. They also helped connect me to a local non-profit ride club because I mentioned being nervous riding on trails solo.
