I like the staff AT THE STORE WHERE I bought my bike. Stores vary remarkably in staff interest in customers. The videos TREK sends out on issues of relevance to bike ownership and maintenance are very good, and show, to me, an interest in the consumer. Thank you.

Amazing experience. Great site layout to choose my bike, quick delivery and coordination with my local bike shop to have it delivered and built within a couple of days of ordering. I accidentally ordered the wrong bike initially and was able to exchange and have my new one in and built all within the same week. Super happy with customer service and the bike is beautiful and so fun to ride. This is my first real big investment mtb and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Looking forward to many happy years on my Trek.

My bike arrived damaged with a large chip in the paint. Dealer assured me that Trek would make it right, however all I received in compensation was a bottle of touch up paint. Dealer felt bad and sent me a kickstand (which I don’t intend to use). Lots of problems shifting, chain coming off, etc. Next time I will buy something that is stocked and serviced locally. I’m isolated in Alaska and my only LBS is not a Trek dealer.

Great purchasing experience and wonderful that I could pickup the bike at my local shop. I appreciate the updates along the way. This was my first online purchase of a bicycle and won't be my last.
