Easy to order online and delivery to my local store was quick!

It was easy to order a pre designed package for a bike. But does not easily identify that parts can and will be substituted after purchase. I purchased a marlin 5 with disc break system, but the item I ordered had one description and what I received was from another manufacturer, and as you can guess the lessor brand was what I got. Not big deal for me because I am new to riding, but can be an issue when you are paying for something as described in website and get something different, yes they stop the bike yes they are brakes, but they are not what was ordered and the whole reason their is differences in brands is that some are better than others. Wish companies would be more honest about what they do and sale, I guess I am old and value honesty over a buck or two. Other than that it's a nice bike, the pickup experience was nice also. I would recommend with the knowledge of returning anything that was different then what you ordered.

I've been riding Trek bikes since the mid 80's and have never enjoyed a buying experience as I am now receiving from a great dealer.
