Good service after the sale from both bike shops that sell Trek where I live. A very knowledgable staff really helps. I own one Trek and have another one special ordered. So far the quality of the bike components has been really good. Trek seems to be leading the way in design and the kind of components such as paint work and group sets etc. Everyone else seems to be trying to catch up with what Trek is doing.

The bike was priced very fairly, Since the bike was used I had a few questions about warranty which were quickly answered via the chat feature. I purchased the bike on a Friday afternoon and the bike was at my house 4 days later. The packaging was awesome, very secure. The bike arrived in the same condition as represented on the web site. The tool kit was great, I put the bike together on my lunch hour and took it for a quick ride. The bike is awesome! I saved a lot of money and have a bike that is basically new for $1700 less. I will always check to see what is in the red barn before making a purchase again.
