I Love Love my new Trek bike! This is such a difference from the ol’ cheap Walmart bike. I finally made the purchase and it was worth every dollar!!! It rides so smooth and comfortable with my added gel seat. The representative at the store was great also with teaching me many things on it and advising for additional purchases needed!! This would be a "10" but Trek bikes said they would not honor if there was a defect in my bottom bracket on my 2015 Trek Madone since I was not the original buyer.
Currently it isn't an issue but if it does become an issue, I would think that Trek should honor the warranty regardless of the owner.
Ease of ordering. Merchandise selection is average, however pricing is a bit on the high side in comparison to similar items at other retailers. I don't like doing free advertising for merchandisers that advertises their own brand.... and you want me to pay to do this?
I have 2 Treks now and it is great having a local shop to service Trek specifically. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful at Trek Boise ID.

Easy to order, easy to find what I wanted. A local Trek dealer claimed that the product I needed (29+ tires) were not available through them. True or not, the rough part of being a bike retail store is that "I can order it for you" isn't a valid answer any more. I can order it too. Thank you for making it easy to find what I needed instead of having to scour the web to find the right tires.

Excellent communication, bike was exactly as advertised. The packaging and shipping process was stellar and the included assembly/tool kit included everything needed to assemble the bike easily. I would absolutely purchase another used bike through Trek/Red Barn again.
