Great product at a reasonable price. Shipped to a local bike shop, they assemble free of charge. Most of the other online bicycle shops that I looked into charged a fee for this.
I contacted Trek as I bought 2 tires which both failed due to old rubber issues causing air leakages, with one cracked and bulging. The support person I worked with was courteous and caring, and sent me some tire sealant for my troubles and expenses incurred resolving these issues.
