Super easy! I ordered a bike from the red barn, it arrived in 3 days. The instructions were very thorough plus I got some tools with it! From now on I will always check to see what is in the barn before purchasing a new bike. Not to mention I saved a lot of money and did not have to sacrifice anything, like warranty.

My experience with Trek has been top notch so far. I decided the Marlin I purchased what not really what I was looking for. Returned the bike for a Xcaliber with no questions asked.

I then experienced a manufacture defect with the Xcaliber that Trek immediately took care off and got me on my way in no time.

Bikes are machines and machines break and require maintenance. Choosing a brand with fantastic customer service that helps with any problems is more than enough to recommend Trek to friends.

I was able to order a helmet directly from trekbikes.com and have it shipped for free to my local store. While I was comparing styles, I inadvertently added an extra helmet to my shopping cart and accidently ordered both. The chat feature allowed me to contact a customer service representative who immediately took care of my mistake so I was able to easily get just what I wanted. Thank you!
