I ordered a Dolmane+ SLR7 from the Red Barn "Refresh" program. Prompt shipping. It came partially assembled with minimal effort to finish the assembly. The bike itself was actually in better shape than I was expecting since they are advertised as "Used or preowned". I did bring in the bike to my local Trek dealer for some minor tweaking and a few accessory items. I would certainly recommend the Refresh program to family and friends for a great bike at a great price.
I've been a old school roadie for about 14 years. I was concerned about the transition to a pedal assist bike. The extra weight, larger tires, electronic shifting, "cheating" with a battery assist, etc. After over a hundred miles on the bike, I'm very happy with the purchase. Trek factory made the process easy and my local dealer helping with the details, I know I'll be biking for many more years to come.

Trek offers good deals on superb products......shipping is free my local Trek shop (and to my home at times). I have never had an issue with Trek and generally purchase online when my local shop does not have stock

It would be nice if it were easier to find specific parts based on your bike I.e. bearing, bolts etc.
