Keeping catalogs of old bikes for reference (dimensions, specs) is helpful in fitting parts, sizing, etc. The stores where I pick up parts or get service, both the Beaver, PA, and McMurray, PA stores, are great. (no experience with other stores)

Trek bikes have been a staple in my life, and my family’s life for many years. They have been reliable and affordable as kids progressed and grew and have always fit the need whether cruising paths or crushing trails!
Very easy to order directly from Trek. Order updates, shipping, and delivery information was accurate and timely. Only thing I wondered about is whether ordering direct was bad for my local dealer... dealer said they made no money on direct orders? If that is the case I would be reluctant to order direct again... I like my local retailer and want them to stay in business for service and support.
