Bob's Bicycles mechs are incredibly awesome. This is my 3rd Trek bike routed through them from the Trek site in the last year and it has established a phenomenal relationship with a terrifc representative outlet for the Trek brand. I've been riding Trek bikes since the mid 80's and have never enjoyed a buying experience as I am now receiving from a great dealer. To sum up, I am 100% satisfied with Bob's and the Trek purchase process.
