I called the store with concern that the bike I purchased online would not be the right size. He helped me find the right bike, returned the original purchase, ordered the new bike, and did not charge me until I arrived at the store.

Everything worked out very well. The bike is great.

Part was easily found by local dealer who actually said to buy online to save money which was great and he also ordered some for the store being the axel was a common item to need. Items arrived quick and work great!

Love my new Trek e-bike!

Love the helmet I ordered, but beyond frustrated with the Bontrager Duotrap S. I'm very technical but have yet to get it to connect adequately to ANY app. The cadence sensor absolutely doesn't work.
