Bummer part was that a couple of months later one of the two bikes went on sale for $600 less than I paid. I spent a total of $13,000 on two bikes. I called the customer service line and they told be there was nothing they could do.

All my past bikes have been Trek. Four years ago I suffered a TBI and had to learn to walk again. After 4 years my balance is still not what it was. I was unable to ride my Trek bike alone. We connected with Jimmy at Wildside and he suggested the Townie. We also discussed adding training wheels, which we did. Now I’m riding the Townie on our long driveway until I’m comfortable taking the training wheels off. To date, the experience has been awesome!

Bike sales technician did a great job listening to me and hearing what I wanted out of the bike. Gave me a couple options, not pushy on the sale side, and set me up for a test ride on two separate bikes. I got $100 credit for my old bike which went towards store credit for my new bike. How bought the FX3. Love it so far.
The quality of the bike.
Bike came well packed and quick. It had pretty nice tools and a nice shock pump with it. Felt like a white glove treatment. I bought it through redbarn program. Bike was in great shape looked almost brand new.
