If you have a little patience, you can get the bike you want at a very good discount.
The bike arrived in less than a week and in good shape. Putting the handlebar on was the only challenge.
I had to look online for some information since I didn't know how the brake-based shifters worked.
All in all, I'd buy again.

It's generally fairly easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I really like the feature where you locate stores with items in stock. I also recently ordered some items for my wife for Mother's Day and the process was simple with quick delivery.

james and ray were extremely helpful when assembling my bike and doing a simple fitting -- the result is excellent -- ray is so good at simple fits that i think the store ought to offer them as regular services -- if the worry is that they are not the full blown fittings done for professional riders, then call the service 'simple fittings' or 'matchings' or some other term

Bike came well packed and quick. It had pretty nice tools and a nice shock pump with it. Felt like a white glove treatment. I bought it through redbarn program. Bike was in great shape looked almost brand new.
