The bike was priced very fairly, Since the bike was used I had a few questions about warranty which were quickly answered via the chat feature. I purchased the bike on a Friday afternoon and the bike was at my house 4 days later. The packaging was awesome, very secure. The bike arrived in the same condition as represented on the web site. The tool kit was great, I put the bike together on my lunch hour and took it for a quick ride. The bike is awesome! I saved a lot of money and have a bike that is basically new for $1700 less. I will always check to see what is in the red barn before making a purchase again.

Great starter bike for me. I ride it one to two times a week mostly on roads and it’s been a great experience so far. Very easy to use and light weight so it is easy to transport.

Great products and love the 30 day trial policy even though have only leveraged it once. Site is easy to use and has the right filters. Only complaint is Feel like things are often out of stock which is kinda a pain.
Would be great to see more functionality built around shopping online for the stores. Easier to navigate inventory across multiple stores.

Good service after the sale from both bike shops that sell Trek where I live. A very knowledgable staff really helps. I own one Trek and have another one special ordered. So far the quality of the bike components has been really good. Trek seems to be leading the way in design and the kind of components such as paint work and group sets etc. Everyone else seems to be trying to catch up with what Trek is doing.
