It’s all about the people. I’m not a ‘real’ cyclist but signed up for a half Ironman. Only the folks at Trek (Alex & Andrew) took the time to really (thoughfully) talk to me about the process as a beginner. Neither tried to upsell me nor steer me in any crazy direction. They were professional and simply great to work with. Highly recommend Trek and these two guys in particular.
