Tracking info was never updated. Dealer never contacted me to let me know bike had been delivered or if it were ready. Unable to chat with anyone on website. Customer service numbers on website didn't work. Bike seems great but buying experience was terrible!!! Was afraid I had been scammed

I used the customer service chat to inquire about part availability for a bike build my local Trek store is attempting to build for me. The part was marked out of stock online but the chat advised it will be restocked on 11/4. This information was greatly appreciated as it was unknown if I could locate it somewhere else. Hopefully this information is correct as I very much want to have the bike built for me as Trek no longer makes this specific model but sells the frame set on line.
