It was a seemless process to order my bike shorts. My sister-in-law recommended your co. and the product. I did get to visually see them first and that really was the deciding factor. Because of shipping cost I ended up ordering 2 pair because it didn’t change. They were shipped and delivered in a reasonable amount of time too.

The price of the bibshorts I ordered seemed within normal range. They shipped promptly and arrived before the projected arrival date. The quality meets my expectations for Trek gear.

Great product at a reasonable price. Shipped to a local bike shop, they assemble free of charge. Most of the other online bicycle shops that I looked into charged a fee for this.

I contacted Trek as I bought 2 tires which both failed due to old rubber issues causing air leakages, with one cracked and bulging. The support person I worked with was courteous and caring, and sent me some tire sealant for my troubles and expenses incurred resolving these issues.
