Trek bikes does great things for the industry. Without Trek the bike world would bemuch less equipped to weather storms like 2020 and it wouldn't grow in the right ways either.

Trek's online store is easy to use, helpful to find in store and online availability and useful for finding specific part numbers to individual bike builds. The ordering and checkout process is simple. I like that you are able to send to the nearest Trek store for free shipping if the order is under $49.
Two experiences with Trek: First, I purchased a new helmet online at trekbikes.com. The process was super easy. I knew the helmet and size I wanted. It was on sale and with a coupon, I got a great helmet at a great price. My new helmet was at my door in a couple days. Second, I purchased a new bike at the Trek store. My new Trek FX3 is awesome! Benton helped me find a bike that would fit my needs. He also helped me find all the accessories I would need. The process was quick and easy. In a short time, I was out the door with my new awesome bike. Great job at trekbikes.com and at the Trek Store. I highly recommend both.
The bike I bought from the Red Barn was exactly as noted on the website. The packaging the bike arrived in is brilliantly designed and protected the bike, its components and tools perfectly. And oh, I love my new Checkpoint ALR!!
