I was able to order a helmet directly from trekbikes.com and have it shipped for free to my local store. While I was comparing styles, I inadvertently added an extra helmet to my shopping cart and accidently ordered both. The chat feature allowed me to contact a customer service representative who immediately took care of my mistake so I was able to easily get just what I wanted. Thank you!

Good quality bikes and in-store service. The pricing is fair in comparison to the value of the bike.

I love my bike. I am 225lbs 6' 2" and the bike easily gets me around town. While pedalling I easily get up to top speed. The app is great and allows you to see how much battery you have and how much or little you might need to pedal. Even using pedal assist with the "Big Gear" on uphill rides is easy.

I was able to find the tires I needed and get them shipped and installed at my local shop.
