I owned many Trek bikes. At 72 I still ride my 920 adventure 40-80 miles a week year around in Florida. So yes, I have ordered online a few times. I love the ease of ordering online. I am not a fan of having to drive to the bike shop for small items though. Please produce another 920 Adventure. The long wheelbase is one of a kind.

Like the Trek/Bontrager products. Easy to shop online. Only complaint is that they discontinue tires that I have used for years and have to find replacements and then go through the process again when they discontinue the replacement tires I found.

I ordered a used Domane+ SLR Pro eRoad Bike from the Trek website. It had only 1 mile on it and just a minor blemish on the paint and still was heavily discounted! It arrived in only a few days and was boxed up securely with padding in all the right places. It came 80% assembled (including the rear wheel, brakes, cables and drivetrain) with clear instructions and the few necessary tools to put the bike together in about 1.5 hours from start to finish and was perfectly tuned up as is! It was so well thought out. I could not have been more pleased with the experience.
