I found the exact bike I wanted online and placed the order. Three days later it arrived. During that time I received prompt confirmations, tracking information, and even an exact delivery window within two hours.

The bike — a Trek Domane+ ALR6 AXS — was very easy to assemble. Essentially it required installing the handlebar and the front wheel. Every tool necessary for the assembly was included, even torque hex keys to ensure the bolts were tightened properly. I was impressed by that level of attention to detail.

It took me about an hour to unpack and assemble the bike, and within two hours I was test riding it and making minor fit adjustments.

So far, I love the bike. This is my first electric-assist bicycle and it’s my 81st birthday present to myself. I could not have had a better purchasing experience. I’m extremely pleased with the bike and with Trek’s professionalism and the ease with which the order was fulfilled.

product showed up when it was expected. Unfortunately, it was 1.5 mm thread, not the 1 mm thread I needed, so I had to return it.. Returning it to my local Trek bikes store caused a lot of grief, would have been better off to just dropping it in the mail.
