I found the perfect helmet I was looking for...one I could remove the visor for road biking or put the visor back on for mountain biking.

I will say one thing...it was very hard to find this helmet again after first seeing it. Maybe your helmet choices could be better arranged on your website. I was worried for a minute because I didn't take a screenshot and that I wouldn't be able to find it again.

My last experience was one of the best ever two weeks ago, when they helped me fit my new bike exactly like my other bike, including ordering a 17-degree stem to get me over on my new bike as aero as my 2010 Madone 5.2.

They were patient with me about my expectations. Now, with their help I am as aero as my extremely aero Madone Series Seven. They explained to me the most important variable on the bike when it is already designed to be as aero as the Madone Series Seven is the rider. With their guidance, I am now proud I invested in my new bike because I can really feel the difference here in windy Oklahoma.

These guys really know all about what a rider wants when they are investing ten thousand dollars or more in the finest bicycle available.

Ordered my Townie it arrived in 2 days. Front reflector was broken after getting to talk with Travis he was awesome! He sent me lights to replace since they didn’t have the reflector. Also, my seat wouldn’t tighten, Travis sent me what I needed. It’s perfect!

The helmet is good quality and I wasn't expecting to have the light accessories included. I have used this helmet on two rides so far and the fit and weight are very good and no sweat in my eyes.

I first used chat to get the $20 off coupon code from an email I received after buying a Red Barn Refresh bike. I tried to place the order with the code and it didn’t work. So I called and your rep told me to place the order, give him the order # and he’d credit the $20 which he did immediately. It was a little hassle to chat then call but it was all resolved very quickly

Shipping fast and easy transaction if you order a bike on the weekend just be patient until Monday rolls around and they get to your order and then they will send you an email. The bike comes in a big box with absolutely awesome instructions on how to put your bike together and they even provide tools I totally enjoyed the whole process. I want to order another bike just so I can enjoy this process all over again it kinda felt like a kid at Christmas.
