Simple, I was able to pick one bike up from a local shop that was already ready to go, and the other I had shipped to my office directly. While I did notice 2 small issues upon opening and completing the extremely easy assembly, a simple and quick call into customer service, they sent me the new parts free of charge super quick! Could not be happier!
