It was fun learning about the various types of mountain bikes from Enduro to trail riding. The movie about the history of trek and the interview with the original owner was an inspiring story. I also like the fact that my bike was delivered earlier than originally expected. Being from Michigan I appreciate the fact that the company is in the Midwest.

The pump I ordered came quickly,a and works perfectly. The only problem was that I couldn't log into the site. My login works fine on the Trek Ride Club, but the store has a Bonk. However, I could still order ir as a guest, and you took my Ride Club discount code.

I love how Trek adds fun cycling challenges to their Ride Club app and provide coupons for their website when you complete certain challenges. It's fun to ride Trek bikes, fun to be rewarded for riding Trek bikes, and fun to shop for great products that encourage me to push my riding even further.

In the end it all worked out great - however, I almost didn't get my bike. My original order was cancelled by the computer system. I assumed it was becuase there was no inventory for the "clearance" color that I selected. I'm glad I called the number in the email because turns out it was a computer thing - my local store didn't have a bike in the color I selected so it got cancelled. When I re-ordered everything went perfectly...I'm glad I didn't just make the assumption that it was no longer available and almost went with a different brand!
