I tried on clearance sale shoes at the local store, but the cleats were not suitable for my trike pedals. The salesperson got on the Trek site and found some other clearance shoes and offered to order them in for me, but we were quite a distance from home. She told me that I could order them and have them sent to my house - which I did. They are a great fit, and appropriate for my trike pedals. Without her suggestion, I would never have known that I could shop and order from the Trek site.

Everything went well. I bought a slash + from red barn refresh. I was happy to get this bike in my size for the discounted price. The bike was delivered as described. As far as the condition of the bike there were a few cosmetic things, but nothing I won’t end up doing anyway.
