I order two Pirelli Cinturato Gravel Tires.
I received the order in the Mail and open the Box, to find out that l only received One Tire. I called Trek Customer service and Told what happened. No Problem...... Trek Customer service, put in another order and with in a couple of Days l received the other Pirelli Cinturato Gravel tire, No Questions, was very happy to solve the Problem within a few minutes.. Amazing!!!

Website experience was good. Very easy to find the bike I was looking for. Inventory of used bikes was very good. Shipping was good as there was no damage. The bike was packed in the container very well. Unpacking and instructions provided made the task of putting together the bike very easy. The only issue I had was the front wheel was out of true so it was rubbing the brake rotor. I was disappointed by this since I had just paid $2500 for the bike, bit I took it to my local Trek bike shop and they aligned it free of charge. This experience would not preclude me from ordering another used bike on the Trek website, nor would it prevent me from recommending this experience to my friends as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the entire process and the end result. Great job, Trek!
