This is my 4th Trek. My first was a 2016 Donane SLR. I had an issue with the chain guard not working and the chain damaging the frame. My Trek dealer wouldn’t warranty it. I found your CEO’s email via Google and within days a Trek rep called and had a replacement frame sent to me. Perhaps I was the catalyst but whatever good customer service pays off with repeat customers.

Website and ordering was easy. Unfortunately, I had a problem with UPS losing a package. Employee Ryan Bellisle was great at correcting it for me, though. He was very personable while on the phone. A replacement package was sent out quickly.
