I like the easy availability of parts for my bikes at the local Trek dealer and they stand behind there products. I currently have three Trek bikes and they are all amazing. I have owned other brands and I have either broken them prematurely or they wouldn’t stand behind there product.

The verity of New/Old Stock as well as Pre-Owned bikes at a very good price. Customer service was great and I got a Pre-Owned bike that looks and rides like new saving me 1/2 price of a new bike. The warranty still transfers to the Pre-Owned bike and the tools sent to install were great. This is my second Trek and I can see more in the future.

Could you make it any easier? Gheesh, the bike even came set perfect to my height and leg length. The Red Barn program is an 11 on a 10 scale and my local Trek dealer was amazed at the quality of the bike when I brought it in for new gear, a fitting and more. Thanks Trek..keep it up.
PS: the ride is incredible! My first Trek and I feel like I went from a '68 VW Beetle to a '22 Porsche Cayenne!

I had called into the customer service line first before I ordered. They answered every question I asked. The experience of ordering my new bike online was very easy. The tracking notifications were excellent and when my bike arrived at my LBS I went down and took some pictures of it being assembled. It was ready after a few days of arrival
