Recently went into the store to make an exchange of a pair of running shoes purchased off the website and Eric in the Santa Rosa store was absolutely fantastic! Right upon clocking in for his shift he immediately came to help me with finding a pair of shoes as the other personnel were helping others. After expressing my needs and concerns without much delay he found a few different pairs of shoes to fulfill my running needs! I’m just really impressed with his customer service, knowledge and expertise. I’m definitely going to continue purchasing all my shoes from your store! Thank you

I received excellent service from a young man at the Jackson TN location. He took the time to find the perfect shoe that fits my feet and my needs. I have been and purchased at this location several times, but never was treated this way. He didn't try to push a sale on me, he actually cared and took time to make sure that I got the right shoe with the most comfort.
The employees are such a delight to work with and have been solution oriented. They are customer driven!

The products that I have purchased are very comfortable and hold up well. Your staff is polite, they listen and makes suggestions based on what I am telling them but they are not pushy. Every time I leave I am pleased and that’s why I will continue to go back.

I love the attention to detail I receive every time I go into the store. This time I took my son in for the first time to be properly fitted and the service was outstanding! The 2 ladies asked him a lot of questions and narrowed down the selection. They gave him ample time to try the shoes and make a quality decision! There was never any pressure to purchase!
