The personal service. I never feel rushed. The service is friendly and they make sure that they put me in the right shoes; from scanning my feet for correct arch support to giving me several different options of shoes to try. I will always but my new pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet!

Our visit was very enjoyable. All staff (not just who was assisting us) was very kind and knowledgeable. We were there quite a while but it never felt that way. We were presented many options and tons of info. The choices we made are off to a great start and will see many miles this summer. We appreciate it and will suggest you to our friends and family!!

Knowledgeable help at all locations, which is hard to find anywhere else these days.
I ware a size 5 wide. The person helping me was new and a senior person helped too. I tried on about 3 or 3 pairs with no luck. I asked if there was anything else and she said I'd already tried on several pairs and they stop if none of these work. I have NEVER been told by any store ore salesperson there was a limit to trying on shoes. There was one more pair to try & they fit. I've been wearing them in the house but have some issues so will be returning them.
