The staff is amazing and SO helpful. There was no pressure to get me to buy a specific pair of shoes. I learned a lot about my own feet and the shoes that best fit my activities. Love the shoes I purchased and they are the best shoes I’ve ever owned.

I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was great.
She helepd me find the right shoes for my post-sugery needs so I could be walking around NYC and while my feet were sore it was from the distance we covered not the shoes! I can't imagine not having them.
Loved the customer service and technology to find my right fit.
The inside arch and comfortable inside had made all the difference in my knee and foot pain. Highly recommend. Would like to see sandals and fall shoes.

Service was excellent, very knowledgeable
I was assured that all the data from my exam would be transferred to me, but all I received was a three dimensional image of my feet with pressure points and no information to make much sense of it.
I really would like my information to consider and to compare.
On the other hand, I do believe the data was used to provide me with the best possible shoe. So while disappointed, am overjoyed and impressed with the totality of your product.
Maybe I missed the Data in my inbox? Maybe there was some sort of error? Obviously including such data wouldn’t be difficult, so it’s definitely a head scratcher for what is, for me, a refreshingly intelligent and powerful design/model.

I was disappointed in the shoe fitting process. The scanner said that I should wear a size 7 shoe, but in fact, I have been wearing a size 8 to 8.50 shoe my whole life, and a size 9.50 for athletic shoes (to allow extra room for my toes and to accommodate an insole/insert). In addition, the scanner said that my very high arches (which were diagnosed by a podiatrist) were normal and not high. When I got home, I double-checked my shoes to see if I have been wearing the wrong size, but there is no way that is the case, as my toes come to the end of all of my size 8 - 8.50 shoes. In addition, I thought that the fitting process would include some type of gait analysis, but it didn't (many running stores have this). So, while I will say that the person who helped me was very friendly and helpful, and that the store was well-organized, when I am paying top dollar for athletic shoes, I would like to have more technical information that is both accurate and informative available to support my buying choices.
I like that the scans can show you the best shoe for your fit. I also appreciate that I can wear the shoes for a while and return them if they aren't comfortable/working for me.
They took the time to make sure that we had the correct shoes for our feet.
I believe it was Nathan that helped us out. Great knowledge and very helpful. I’ve gone thru the whole scanning procedure, but it was a first for my son. Great way to get a baseline and very helpful in narrowing down choices. I would recommend it to anyone.
