I enjoyed the personalize service, especially the digitized foot mapping that allow this to have an accurate picture of my sons feet. I will use fleet because of the discounts and I would like to just continue to use those to obtain my various shoe requirements.
Highschool students that don't have the experience or understanding to answer any technical questions, only regurgitate whatever basic training they received upon hire makes it difficult to recommend this store to others who are very serious about running and seeking help with getting the right gear. Despite this the kids working there were all very kind and respectful, the feet scanner is a pretty cool piece of technology, and the store appears well stocked with all of the more well known brands as well as some lesser known but still top tier products.

Will appeared to have been trained well in finding a shoe and insert that was good for me. Having the foot machine to really measure my foot was helpful, I think.

Wayne was exceptionally helpful in helping me find the right pair of shoes. He listened to me discuss my needs based on activity, what I currently wore, and what my preference was for my casual shoes, and used all of that to help find a good fit for my needs in exercise. He was also incredibly efficient with my time which I appreciated. I enjoyed the experience and definitely felt welcome to return should I decide to try a different pair instead.
