I was in the Old Town location on Friday 5/26 and the team was clearly a bit understaffed. I had an appointment scheduled and it still took 15 min for someone to help me. My sales rep also had to break away for a bit of time to grab another color shoe for someone who did not have an appointment. Not great, but I still received wonderful service when they were present!
There was even a disgruntled customer (her name was Amy... the entire store knew her name by the time she left) but the staff handled her nasty behavior with the highest level of professionalism!
Kudos to the current staff you have. We are all aware you're trying to hire more help, and I'm sure the people you find will only make the team stronger and continue to make Fleet Feet the best running store!
I love your Hokas. They are so comfortable. I do a lot of power walks and they are perfect for that. I like them so much that I have six pair.
Had to wait to get initial service, but I understand it was a Saturday. I had no plans, so it wasn’t a real issue. Once an associate waited on me I was impressed with the resources you have and the attention to detail was great. I have neuropathy and the gentleman tailored the selections to my issues based on feedback he had received.I haven’t worn the shoes enough to give a true evaluation, but I will. Sorry I can’t remember the associate’s name. A bit pricey, but worth it to me if over time the shoes work.

Gosh! So accommodating! Had to bring back a pair of shoes that were not working out for me. The salespeople were very informative and I got a exchange pair that I feel will better suit my purposes.

The brooks gym shoes my husband and I purchased are really comfortable and great on your feet for walking. The salesman we had was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Hillary took her time with me until we found the perfect walking sneaker to fit my needs. There is a wonderful variety to choose from. I really like my new Hokas!! Everyone there is friendly and professional. They guarantee for several days if you are dissatisfied. I'm satisfied though😊
The staff is knowledgeable and patient. They bring out a variety of sneakers they think would be good for your feet based on the board you step on.

Knowledge and sevices
The sales associate was very young and wasn’t very informative. He acted like he really didn’t know what he was doing. Fleet feet had come very highly recommended and I guess I expected more.
Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I appreciated the time spent with my daughter to find the right shoes for her.
I liked getting the feet info you have on me from the in store scan. I don’t want to be in pain anymore and Karen was the best listener.

I like that the sales associate really takes the time to find just the right fit/shoe for what you need. The first time I went in, I needed more time than usual..it felt like. My associate was patient and dilligent. From then on, my visits weren't necessarily as long, but still very thorough.
