Always friendly and knowledgeable staff
First off, I was kindly greeted by Jeff and asked probing questions about my needs that day. Jeff then performed a comprehensive review of my feet stance with fancy tech, then discussed it with me in a way I understood. Jef then presented multiple options of shoes based on the data, leading me to select some new brooks ghosts 15s.
All in all, heck of an experience that had me leaving the store feeling confident in my product that fits my needs as a runner.

Great customer service. Wish there was more transparency on prices. I spent double what I normally spend because I didn’t know the price until I got to the register. Price is a top factor in my decision making as I am on a tight budget.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shoes and accessories were competitively priced. I shopped around before I bought my shoes because I was worried the prices would be inflated because they are a specialty store. I was very pleased to discover that the price of the shoes I wanted was the same as buying them directly from the company (without having to pay shipping), cheaper than other stores in the area and cheaper than Amazon. I returned to my local Fleet Feet store and purchased my shoes. I am extremely pleased with my experience.
