The fitting service is a highlight of the store. Love the assistants and love the Hoka shoes. The most comfortable shoes I ever had. How do they do it?
Your staff are experts in their field and have a wealth of knowledge about their products. It is so much easier to go in person and consult the experts rather than take a chance ordering.

The staff is very knowledgeable and has the ability to do a foot scan which allows them the ability to choose shoes for you. They know the products they carry and it is different from the other products. You are not getting a person that is thrown into a department who has no training.
You can tell that all the staff runs and know their stuff.
I was getting knee pains due to being heavier now,
Staff reviewed my scan and came up with shoes that have stopped the pain.
