The associate that helped me was knowledgeable about the product. Thats very important and reassuring to the customer! Especially when the shoes are 160.00 a pair!

The associate that helped us was very willing to make sure she helped us get in the right shoe for our needs that gave us comfort. She brought us out stack after stack of shoes and insoles until we found the “right” shoe for our needs and smiled the entire time.
The sales guy was really nice and patient as I tried several options to figure out which worked best for my needs. They seemed very knowledgeable about the different types of options and make me very comfortable and satisfied with my purchase overall.
Even during renovation, my representative found a pair of Hokas which fit my foot and worked with my foot injuries and arthritis. She took back the shoes which didn't work for me with minimal effort.

The young man who works with us was awesome. He really knows his stuff. A chiropractor in Green Valley recommended that we go up to your store so you could do a fitting on my 91 year old Dad. Finally convinced him to buy really good shoes to help his balance and mobility and he likes his new Brooks! Then I got on the machine for fun because I have broken both my feet in the past and am rightfully picky about shoes. I ended up with a pair of Karhus and love them. Highly highly recommend!
