The lady that helped me was absolutely wonderful. Only problem...... I believe that you should listen to the person's needs and try to give them what they want not what you think they should have. Came in looking for work shoes. And was brought out nothing but white and pink. No way you can bartend in those colors. Wasn't given any other options just kind of an oh well. Had a store full of shoes and that was it? Wound up buying my husband a pair of shoes. Seemed more interested in helping him....

Been wearing a size 14 since high school and went to fleet feet turns out I’m more of a wide size 13. Got the same brand (Brooks) I usually wear and love my new shoes

This is a great store in a great location! When I arrived someone immediately approached me with a smile, welcoming me to the store and offering their help. We had a nice conversation while she helped me with what I was looking for and brought me many options to try as I figured out which style and color I wanted. I left with 2 pairs of shoes, and my feet are very happy with my purchase. :)
