The fitting was eye opening! I didn’t know why I was having pain in my arches, I just accepted and kept pushing through it on my runs. After scanning my feet, went up .5 a shoe size and found the Brooks Ghost with an insole was the right combo. My feet are very happy now! Thanks for the help.

No one paid attention to my gait or even asked as that is one of my biggest issues.

You offer some of the best shoes on the market. The customer service experience! I like that when an associate is helping you out they are locked in to your shoe needs. A young man, Noah, assisted my wife and I in finding and fitting the right shoes for each of us. He was fairly knowledgeable on the specifics of each brand such as On, Hoka, ASICS and knew what to recommend to each of us. He even knew what type of orthotic to recommend(I have plantar fasciitis) and the wife has high arches. At the end, we purchased several pairs of shoes and probably made that young man’s day. It is refreshing to go in to a store and receive that personalized experience. Thanks Fleet Feet of Augusta!!

The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions :) I tried on my first pair of Hokas, they're very comfortable and I was able to get inserts too. Will definitely be back!
