I like that the employees care and try to find the best fitting shoe for the customer’s needs. Even when I called back to asked questions they were super helpful! And, it’s comforting to know if once I wear my shoes and they don’t seem right—I can still return them for up to 60 days!

Great experience getting fitted for shoes - we've used FF for years but in another state. But no one was qualified to assist with bra fitting (even the female associate that helped with shoes), I had to wing it. For a female, this is as important as a good shoe fitting.
The assistance I received was outstanding. Helpful, informative. She was guiding me through the process and was never pushy. Excellent experience!

I love that it's a personalized experience, based on the results of your feet (size & shape) and how you walk. Shoes are then picked for you and what's best for your foot (and overall) health. For those of us with Fred Flintstone feet it's quite challenging to find shoes and even in the store, options are limited, but I have been able to find something for both myself and my kids a couple of times now. The staff are also very knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
Even though the store was recently purchased from the ownership group we were accustomed to, Beatty Grace offered us the same high standard of customer service. Just wish you had more colors other than blue in women’s wide sizes on site.
